Q: What type of items do you carry at Bridal Affection?

A: Couture bridal designer gowns that you can order from the designer and couture “Sample” bridal gowns never worn at a wedding but may have been tried on, designer overstock, and discontinued styles. We also have beautiful accessories to complete your look.

Q: What is a Sample Salon?

A: A Sample Salon is a bridal store where you can purchase sample gowns off the racks. (No waiting required! Your gown is instantly available on the day of purchase!). At Bridal Affection, our Sample Salon is located inside our Flagship salon where we specialize in offering luxurious gowns at generous discounts.

Q: Do I need an appointment at Bridal Affection?

A: Yes. We require appointments. Book your appointment on our website and get instant confirmation. Call our salon, if your desired date is not available. We may be able to manually book you. You only need one appointment to visit both our flagship and sample salon.

Q: Can I consign my gown with Bridal Affection?

A: No. We do not accept consignments.

Q: What is your price range?

A: Our gowns start at $1,000 to $6,000 in our Flagship salon and $600 to $2500 in the Sample salon.

Q: Do you offer alterations services?

A: Yes. Our alterations capacity is limited. It’s on a first-come, first-served basis. Talk to your stylist when you try on your gown to get scheduled for alterations as soon as possible. If we can’t accommodate you in-house, no worries, we have a list of alterations service providers we can refer you to.

Q: Do you carry plus sizes?

A: Yes. We carry many beautiful plus-size dresses you are guaranteed to fall in love with.

Q: What are your payment terms?

A: In our flagship salon, we require a 50% deposit to order your gown. The balance is due when your gown arrives in our store from the design house.

Sample gowns are to be paid in full when purchased. However, if required, we would allow a non-refundable 50% deposit at the time of purchase with the balance due 2 weeks after purchase.

Q: Do you offer cleaning and preservation services?

A: Yes. Your gown and veil will be professionally cleaned and preserved using organic products and sealed in an air-tight display box. You may choose to only clean your gown and not preserve it.

Q: After purchase, can I leave my gown at your store before I need it?

A: No. We have limited storage at the store and expect you to take your gown with you on the day of purchase. If you absolutely need us to store your gown, we have a storage program for a nominal fee. (It’s on a first-come, first-serve basis)

Q: What is your return policy?

A: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.
